No. Under Turkey's OHS training regulation of April 2, 2026, induction training is delivered face to face and lasts at least 2 hours; the topic of job- and workplace-specific risks is also delivered face to face in very hazardous workplaces such as hospitals. General, health and technical topics can be delivered remotely.

No. Under the regulation, basic OHS training is delivered by the workplace's OHS specialist and occupational physician and by the institutions listed in the regulation; distance training content is also prepared by them. ATP MedAI provides the infrastructure to plan, deliver and record this training.

The catalog is built around the training management topics in the SKS Hospital set (Turkey's Health Quality Standards): training needs analysis, training plan, orientation and in-service training, and records. ATP MedAI is not an approval or accreditation; the assessment is carried out by the Ministry of Health.

Each training has a defined validity period. Certificates nearing expiry appear on the staff member's screen and on the manager dashboard; the renewal lesson is assigned automatically.

The attendance certificate is signed with an e-signature and archived electronically. The 2026 OHS training regulation also allows certificates to be e-signed and archived electronically.

Yes. The Compliance plan is designed for administrative, support and contracted service staff; training can be completed in short lessons on a phone.

Every recommendation is shown with its reasoning; the training lead sees why before accepting it. If the model can't produce a result, the system falls back to rule-based recommendations. All AI-generated content is approved by an expert before it goes live.

No. It answers only from the documents your hospital uploads and cites the source in every answer. It doesn't answer questions the documents don't cover.

The language models run on our own servers, with no data sent to an external AI service. In the Enterprise plan, the models can also run on your hospital's own servers.

No. Lessons, videos and questions produced in the content studio don't go live until the training lead approves them.

No. The virtual patient is built from synthetic case cards; no real patient data is needed.

No. It is a tool for training and access to information; it doesn't suggest diagnoses or treatments. Clinical decisions rest with physicians and the care team.

No. Only staff, role and department information is taken from the HIS (hospital information system). Case simulation works with synthetic cases.

The platform is hosted in data centers in the European Union, and data travels over encrypted connections. Each hospital is kept in a separate space (tenant); in the Enterprise plan, the platform can be installed on your hospital's own servers.
