• Identity and professional information: full name, role, organization, type of organization, staff headcount range
• Contact information: phone number, email address
• Request content: the message you share in the form and the language in which you viewed the page
• Transaction security: the IP address from which the form was submitted and the time of submission

Purposes and legal grounds for processing

Your data is processed to respond to your demo and quote request, to prepare a license quote suited to your organization, and to keep the form secure (preventing misuse). This processing is based on subparagraphs 5/2-c (being directly related to the establishment of a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the Law.

Transfer

Your data is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared only with the hosting and email infrastructure providers whose services we use, limited to these purposes; legal requests from authorized public authorities are reserved.

Our website and form records are kept on the servers of our hosting provider in the European Union (Finland); notification emails are sent through email infrastructure providers. As a result, your data is transferred abroad. The transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the Law.

Method of collection

Data is collected electronically through the demo request form on the website.

Retention period

Request records are kept for no more than two years after the request is concluded; at the end of this period, they are deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request its correction or deletion, to know the persons to whom it has been transferred, to object, and to claim compensation for damages. Note on use of the platform

This notice covers only the form on the website. Information on the processing of staff training records on the ATP MedAI platform falls within the notice that the client organization provides to its own employees. The platform does not process patient data.
